ZAKAT DISTRIBUTION DURING RAMADHAN

Zakat Distribution to Needy Communities located at Raub Pahang, May 2015.

At the dawn of Ramadhan and in line with our objectives, Zakah distribution activity is done anually to help those who are needy. This year, Kg Ulu Sungai, Raub, Pahang was selected to receive zakah from us. This village was selected based on their monthly income ranging from RM 300 to RM 400 per family, as they also do not have any permanent job. Rather, the common job most of them do is rubber tapping and labour work. On average, each family bears the burden of four and up to eight dependents.

Collaboration between the Farrash Foundation and Darul Syifa', has managed to provide these families with goods and other essentials such as rice, cooking oil, baby diapers, milks, toileteries and etc.

Alhamdulillah for giving us the opportunity to aid our brothers and sisters who are indeed. Ramadhan Mubarak.
